Steve Miller Band fans, the wait is over: the second volume of the group’s discography is heading to vinyl.
The Complete Albums Volume 2 (1977-2011) box set has been officially announced with a May 24 release date.
After releasing Volume 1 (1968-1976)l last year, the new nine-album collection will span from the band’s 10th studio album (the platinum-selling 1977’s Book of Dreams) to 2011’s Let Your Hair Down.
Other titles include Circle Of Love (1981), Abracadabra (1982), Italian X-Rays (1984), Living In The 20th Century (1986), Born 2 Blue (1988), Wide River (1993), and Bingo! (2010).
All albums have been remastered on 180g vinyl, and will also be available individually. Limited-edition colour variants will also be available on May 24.
In other Steve Miller Band news, concertgoers will have another opportunity to catch SMB live when the band tours the United States later this year, including dates with Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives.
