Looks like Jon Bon Jovi isn’t tuning in to reality television anytime soon.
The singer sat down with Australia’s The Sunday Project, where he did not hold back when it came to today’s rich and famous celebrities.
“I think it’s horrific that we live in that world, and I can tell you I’ve never given 60 seconds of my life, ever, to one of those Housewives of Blah Blah and Kardashians,” said Jovi to The Sunday Project.
He targeted Kim Kardashian in particular, whose 2007 sex tape with rapper Ray J leaked.
“What’s gonna be in your autobiography? ‘I made a porno, and guess what? I got famous.’ Fuck, sorry, I’ll pass!”
Jovi then proceeded to discuss what skills he likes to see people master to earn their fame.
“Go and write a book, paint a painting, act, study, sing” or write a play, he said. “Fame is a byproduct of writing a good song.”
Do you agree with Jovi’s stance? Or is the new generation of celebrity than his definition? Let us know in the comments below.
